Tesorio is (still) the “Easiest Company To Do Business With”, and we can prove it

One year ago, we were excited to write a blog about how we recently took top spots in G2’s spring reports across multiple dimensions, again giving us a “Leader” designation in our category. Then, as today, we need to ask ourselves, “does this really matter?” The answers we landed on are: you should care, and it does matter. Let us explain.

First off, G2 is a popular B2B software review site. Rankings and reviews of products are based on real customer feedback. It’s the voice of your customers, and no judges can be swayed here. G2 ultimately uncovers patterns, and ranks what people like and dislike about products, such as a product’s “ease of use”, how “likely reviewers are to recommend” a product, etc.

But that’s not all. G2 also digs into the experiences that customers have when dealing with the companies and people behind the products they use. This is where we were most excited when learning about the areas where Tesorio led in the fall 2022 reports:

  • Best Results

  • Easiest Setup

  • Best Support

  • Most Implementable

  • Best Relationship

In addition, G2 recognized Tesorio as a leader in A/R Automation and Credit & Collections for the 6th straight quarter this year!

Easiest Setup

There’s no humble-brag here, we are unabashedly proud of our product as being easy to set up and use. We already get to hear a lot about how much our customers love our product. In last year’s NPS survey, 100% of the comments (no exaggeration!) cited an aspect of our product that they love.

Best Relationship (aka Easiest to do Business With)

What we don’t often hear is feedback on us. That is why we’re celebrating the “Best Relationship” recognition in particular. It’s not every day that we see a recognition that so thoroughly reflects who we are as a team and how we think about delivering great experiences to our customers at every turn.

Our approach is equal parts product and people. You need both to exceed customer expectations AND turn them into fans. This starts by vetting and hiring exceptional people who can channel the customer.

In fact, “Channel the Customer” is one of our core values. It means we expect everyone at Tesorio to go out of their way to understand the customer’s needs, going beyond their wants, and to channel their voice when solving all problems. Naturally, this means that not every problem can or should be coded away. What it does mean is that we always roll up our sleeves to genuinely help customers solve their problems.

“Best Relationship” is an affirmation that we are living our values by being true partners to our customers. Every single person at Tesorio has a role to play in making us a company that you enjoy working with. From the very first sales interactions through to our accounting team collecting on invoices, we are relentless in our pursuit of being the type of vendor you actually view as a partner.

That is what truly matters at the end of the day—when you celebrate your customers’ success, and they, in turn, celebrate your success as their own. So here’s to our customers and thank you all for sharing your voices with others.
